明天就27号，今晚赶紧充值，否则真要停机，搞不好会误事，现阶段正是通讯高峰期。

淘宝上逛了一圈，价格排序后选了一个最低价格的卖家，20元只要19.2元且立即到账，问卖家有货，于是没看信用评价就拍下付了款，过了大概一分钟收到话费充值成功短信，速度飞快。

打10086查询话费余额0元，欠费10+，话费余额没有增加。登录中国移动网上营业厅查询，显示欠费10+，查看话费缴费当天记录为无记录。

赶紧联系卖家，卖家已下线，头像灰色，离线或隐身速度飞快。

在联系无果的情况下，我选择了退款，退款原因为：卖家虚假发货，手机已充值，但是话费余额未变。

4.收到充值短信后话费不一定到帐，所以一定要拨打10086查询确认后再付款。骗子正是利用这个虚假短信行骗。

5.手机充值一般不退款，所以购买前最好是看一下卖家的信用评价。

最后，愿大家都不要撞上骗子，也不要让骗子来找你，头脑天天清醒。
